Bristy’s journey began in Bangladesh, where she developed her skills at the prestigious Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden. Over the course of her career, she worked as a Guest Service Provider, Restaurant Ambassador, and Barista, mastering the art of creating welcoming, personalized experiences for guests from around the world. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to work under pressure quickly earned her recognition among colleagues and clients alike.
Now based in the United States and pursuing her Master’s in Management Information Systems, Bristy brings a unique blend of hands-on hospitality expertise and technology-driven innovation to the table. She is passionate about combining service excellence with modern tools that make hospitality smarter, more efficient, and more inclusive.
